Nicole Singer LCPC LPC CCPTII
Nicole is the Co-founder and Chief Officer of Operations for Lavender Springs Behavioral Health. She holds a Clinical License as a Professional Counselor and provides services in multiple states. Nicole is currently in the process of obtaining an intercom pact license to expand her practice into additional states. She completed her undergraduate degree in Legal Studies and International Law at Emporia State University. Following her experience in the Criminal Justice field, Nicole returned to Emporia State University to earn her Masters in Rehabilitation Counseling. She has worked as a therapist with Advent Health and Kids TLC in Olathe, KS, as well as a neuropsych testing assistant with a local psychology group. During her career, Nicole has quickly advanced into leadership positions and has gained experience in executive roles. She has also completed an Executive Leadership Certificate, which equips her to guide clients in organizational development, leadership development, team building, and culture management.
With over a decade of specialized experience, Nicole uses evidence-based practices to assist her clients in managing intense emotions, building healthy relationships, and creating fulfilling lives. She has expertise in treating Post-Traumatic Stress Disorders, Personality Disorders, Substance Use Disorders, Neurocognitive Disorders, and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. Additionally, Nicole is dedicated to supporting military personnel and their families as an active provider for Tricare and Military Once Source.
Nicole offers personalized treatment plans that help clients explore their therapy goals while promoting personal growth, coaching, and education. She creates a nonjudgmental and relaxed environment where honesty and directness are valued. Nicole believes in establishing a relationship based on mutual healthiness and continuously seeks to enhance her skills to provide the most up-to-date therapeutic practices during each session.

Bryan Goin LSCSW LCSW
Bryan is a Co-Founder and Chief Clinical Officer at Lavender Springs Behavioral Health. He holds a license as a Clinical Social Worker in both Kansas and Missouri. Bryan earned his Masters degree in Social Work from the University of Kansas, where he later returned to teach as an adjunct professor in the School of Social Work.
Bryan's experience in working with specialized populations began during his tenure in the department of corrections, where he worked with high-risk individuals. He has also worked in hospital settings, serving as a liaison between large medical teams and behavioral health inpatient facilities. Bryan is highly respected in the local community for his expertise, extensive knowledge, and ability to consistently deliver effective assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans. Furthermore, Bryan plays a crucial role in supervising and mentoring social workers in the area, ensuring that they receive comprehensive training and develop strong skills to become competent and proficient therapists.
With almost twenty years of specialized experience, Bryan offers evidence-based techniques to support individuals facing challenges related to Anxiety, Depression, Attention, Insomnia, and Substance use. Being highly skilled in treating Attention Deficit Disorders, Bryan provides unique strategies to help clients effectively manage symptoms of ADHD. Furthermore, Bryan is also proficient in addressing Anxiety Disorders, Mood Disorders, and Depressive Disorders.
During sessions with Bryan, you can anticipate him fulfilling the roles of a guide, teacher, and coach as he accompanies you on your wellness journey. Bryan demonstrates a strong sense of structure in his approach and maintains a deeply compassionate and inspiring demeanor.

Jason Hurd LMSW
Jason Hurd, One of our rising stars at Lavender Springs Behavioral Health. Jason is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), he will be joining our practice in March 2024. Under the clinical supervision of Bryan Goin, Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW), Jason will be seeing clients with Aetna, Medicaid and United Healthcare and Self-Pay options..
Jason brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in Substance Abuse Treatment. He is highly respected within the Substance Use Disorders (SUDs) community and has a remarkable ability to find and utilize valuable resources to support his clients in therapy and the recovery community. Furthermore, Jason holds the position of Director of Recovery and Support Services at another local agency, further enhancing his qualifications to aid those grappling with addiction.
Lavender Springs Behavioral Health is committed to developing highly skilled and competent therapists, and Jason exemplifies this commitment. He possesses a solid foundation of clinical expertise and is adept at working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with various needs. Currently, Jason is undergoing supervision as part of his clinical designation process with the state of KS, which is a mandatory requirement lasting at least two years in many states. Jason has a well-established supervision plan and an approved supervisor designated by the state of KS. He is enthusiastic about embarking on this journey with you to support your path to recovery.

Wylie Taul LCSW

Casey McPheeters LPC
James "Casey" McPheeters is a distinguished mental health professional with a robust background in counseling and leadership. Brandon Cunningham LSCSW LCSW
Brandon is one of our Premier Substance Use treatment providers here at Lavender Springs Behavioral Health. Brandon holds a license as a Clinical Social Worker in both Kansas and Missouri. Brandon earned his Masters degree in Social Work from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. In addition to his degree work Brandon also hold several endorsements in Substance Abuse Treatment and Conflict Resolution.
Brandon is a highly skilled professional who creates a supportive and unbiased atmosphere for all his clients, allowing them to fully commit to their journey of recovery using evidence-based treatment methods. Brandon accepts all major commercial insurances, Medicare, Medicaid and self pay. He is also well versed and connected within the recovery world he will be able to support your aftercare and long-term recovery goals.
